Meet the Owner!

Based in Western Washington, this company was started in 2025 out of a desire to share a love of vinegar in general and specifically Fire Cider. After years of experimentation (still ongoing!) We've created 14 amazing blends to share with you. They are not all listed all the time as some have only seasonally available ingredients.

Many are made with ingredients that the owner wildcrafted across Washington state, and the rest of the ingredients are sourced from our backyard herb garden, local farmers and PNW organic distributors. We strive to use the freshest, vigorously alive and recently harvested ingredients.

During the spring, summer and fall we can be found in the mountains and oceanside, learning, listening and gathering. We camp, paddle, backpack and bushwack around the United States and have a deep love of the Earth and all she offers. We always practice ethical foraging and support local farms and businesses.
